DAY ONE:

• PADI Advanced eLearn and knowledge development classroom theory.This course will focus on Advanced technique and equalisation to work on diving your depth safely in open water. Including: Technique, equalisation, weighting, safety protocols and rescue in open water
• Fundamentals of Mermaid Freediving + Breath Workshop + Stretching and Meditation + Getting to know your Body/Brain connection
• Pool sessions- Advanced Breath Hold and Finning Techniques ( static and dynamic apnea)
• Photo Session with a Mermaid tail.

DAY TWO:

• Ocean dive day – You will learn how to dive down to 12 metres!
